If one should wish to comment on a story, I would believe you should keep it relevant to the topic. Or else your comment which is viewed by others will be viewed as "noise". With your particular view as it is, it may be best to become a published source as many are doing today. In conclusion your information to me, has some merit, however again I feel it best, to be placed in the right arena.

Factual information on health, vitamins, also info on scams and fraud put forth by the drug industry, their marionnettes and supporting politicians, assists me to assist others. Prophecies by alleged "gifted" persons who have contact with beings from other galaxies are not helpful. Nor am I able to verify the info.

Hi Chris,
Just new here. Very interesting site. Thank you.
Could you tell me please how "Torula" and "Brewers" yeast differ from "Bakers" yeast and the relative merits.
Adele Davis who I read and followed a few years ago wrote very favourably about Torula.
I thank you for any enlightenment you may provide

I found this article on compressed block yeast very helpful and a inexpensive way for me to get my B vitamins..tyvm.
I was wondering if I would still need to supplement with folate acid powder, another article i read from here,, or if I would be getting folate from the yeast? Also since vitamin B3 is good for arthritis would this be adaquate in this form to be of benefit concerning arthritis ?
I can not thank you enough for you site..it has provided me with alternative ways of dealing in every respect.
Thank you for being .
:)

What percentages of the B-vitamins are present in 1 oz. of the liquid that results from boiling yeast to get the B-vitamins? Just curious as to how much to take in each 24 hour period.

yeast spred:5eggs,one large onion, 150g fresh bakers yast, butter, salt, black pepper
1.dice onions and saute with butter until soft.
2.add yeast, heat up until yeast are melted
3 add lighty beaten eggs to the yeast mix and scramble until eggs are cooked, add salt and pepper to taste.
I love this cold on toasted rye bread with butter and tomato slices.
Very good way how to add B vitamins to your food.
