Attached is a news release regarding the recent, unanimous and important decision by the state of California Environmental Protection Agency to consider mandating public warnings that fluoride and its salts, used in artificial water fluoridation, is a human carcinogen.
Also attached is a submission by Dr. Kathleen Thiessen, co-author of the US National Research Council 2006 Review of Fluorides in Drinking Water to the California EPA's Office of Health Hazard Assessment (OEHHA).

It has become all too fashionable to po po damages to others and simply make pretentious apologies. No intent to provide any help with damages to the injured or prevention of future abuses are even considered. When a feature length documentary film: "UNREPENTANT: Kevin Annett and Canada's Genocide" (January 2007) came out. Harper yet again made another empty apology to the natives. This was another smoke and mirrors public relations tactic whose sole purpose was damage control. Here again we see the master of deception at his best!

Elections 2008: Restoring the Health of the Nation

On September 10 the Canadian Charter of Health Freedom was launched by lawyer Shawn Buckley, president and co-founder of the Natural Health Products Protection Association which coordinated the national resistance to the Harper government’s proposed bills C-51 and C-52. Buckley has successfully defeated Health Canada in court several times on issues of patients’ rights and natural health products. He said: “This Charter is an initiative to bring regulatory sanity back to the natural health products industry… [it] lists a bunch of rights that we already have … like sovereignty of our own bodies. Health Canada has basically taken those rights away.” The Charter was launched with simultaneous rallies held in Vancouver, Kelowna, Penticton, Vernon, Calgary, Winnipeg, and Toronto. The NHPPA is now coordinating efforts to collect about 3 million signatures in order to make this Charter the basis of the Ministry of Wellness – as opposed to the current Ministry of Sickness, aka Health Canada with its record of passing dubious, deceptive and deadly drugs.
Further to: How To Rig A Majority Government here is some elaboration on how the self serving Establishment's riggs the twiddly dee and twiddly dumb (or should I say dumber) two party system. While this pertains to the US it is a tried and true recipe that is used in most of the world including Canada, UK, Australia etc.

Vote splits work to the advantage of Harper and Dion's puppeteer's and hurt all of us re C51, the CWB (Canadian Wheat Board), health care, education..... All of the Liberals, NDP, Green, all other candidates all help to split the vote and increase chance for Harper to get a phony majority and then do real damage. This risk is very big!!!!!!!!
The risk/reward ratio of actually getting something done through current efforts of lobbying government is very poor and over the years getting poorer. There are already all kinds of matters where over 80% of the population does not want something done and yet the governments ignore the populations.
The following is not part of any political party partisan body of activity and I ask you to give it some serious consideration as a means whereby the citizens, collaboratively with their neighbours can actually affect and advance "self-government" in the interests of the common good instead of being governed by...
As a positive and productive supplement to the status quo of current elections, the following outlines a method by which the significant gap between what the citizens want and our "elected" can be reduced simultaneously by actually focusing on and first reducing, then with greater community collaboration, eliminating electoral vote-splits. Vote-splits in any constituency are the basic building blocks by which a party, with only paltry minority popular support can achieve the majority of seats in government, hence a phony majority. (Example: Mulroney with only 40% popular support for free trade, gained a "majority" government with well over half the seats in government. Every "majority" government elected since then has also in reality had a minority of popular support, but our "first-passed-the-post" electoral system awarded this minority with a majority of the seats in government.)
