ADD & ADHD are primarily a result of vaccinations; and the skyrocketing number of autoimmune diseases and cancer are also caused by the corruption in the immune system caused by direct inoculation of viruses and the tissues on which they are cultured as well as a cocktail of harmful chemicals as explained in my paper "Inoculations; the true weapons of mass destruction" that can be accessed at www.drcarley.com. Obviously, poor nutrition is also directly involved in causing hyperactivity; sugar is an addictive drug.
For young children who have not even developed their brains to be put on psychotropic chemicals which purport to treat a "chemical imbalance" is the height of lunacy, and exhibit A as to how the pharma cartels continue to poison the population. Is ADD due to a Ritalin deficiency? Obviously not.
The American public is one of the sickest on this planet, with escalating chronic disease and death secondary to medical "treatment". There are natural solutions to all diseases, which is why our "representatives" in the district of criminals have passed Codex legislation, and are incrementally trying to make nutritional supplements in therapeutic doses available only by prescription. The pharma cartels completely control medical education; and any physician who steps out of the box and actually heals people is attacked by what has become a medical mafia.

Thanks Matthew, for the feedback. I can understand your ire and concern, however, think it may be misplaced. In that all the things you are accusing me off should well be applicable to the mainstream medicine rather than someone like me. Unlike the vaccine pushers I do not get paid for a rigorous scientific approach that you suggest that I be mindful off and/or do. This job squarely falls under the auspicious of those whose job is exactly what you are asking me to do. This is what you find:

Any fool can see that majority of the diseases are due to a lack of nutrients. Yet the medical system behaves as though we have a deficiency of drugs. My personal opinions are just that opinions and are not directives for others to follow. Rather they are simply fodder for thought and nothing more. Secondly those who have done their homework will quickly understand that vaccines are hardly the panacea that they have been made out to be. If you like please try to at least read some contrary information such as in the link below before swallowing the self serving mainstream junk science continually pushed on the unsuspecting. Then ask them for some real evidence of the efficacy of all the vaccines and other procedures they push. Given the lack of rigour in medical science in general how are you going to decipher the good from the bad?

Here are some very simple ways to improve lung function. There are many benefits to Oxygenating the body all the way from disease prevention to more energy. Not to mention a calmer disposition a hallmark of meditation. In particular, improving lung function for those with Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), Asthma, Emphysema it can be a matter of life and death
Insufficient Oxygen means insufficient biological energy that can result in anything from mild fatigue to life threatening disease. Dr Otto Warburg, twice Nobel Laureate, was awarded the Nobel Prize in 1931 for discovering the cause of cancer. He said: "Cancer, above all other diseases, has countless secondary causes, but there is only one prime cause. Summary: the prime cause of cancer is the replacement of the normal oxygen respiration of the body cells by an anaerobic (i.e. lacking in Oxygen) cell respiration." In other words, the growth of cancer cells is initiated by a relative lack of Oxygen. Further lack of Oxygen can force the heart to compensate a most dangerous situation for an ailing heart....
Most of us tend to emphasize the inhalation phase of breathing and tend to neglect the exhalation phase. This deprives the lungs of their full potential to effectively exchange oxygen with carbon dioxide. Breathing exercises enforce good habits where the full range of lung function is used. Consequently, the body gets the oxygen it needs, this not only feels better, but provides more energy. In fact Yoga and other meditation methods often use techniques to enhance breathing. Hence exhaling deeply forces us to breath deeper thus increasing oxygen uptake exactly what we need!
A device similar to Spirometer discussed in "Breathing Training" below but far superior is the PowerLung. This as discussed above not only exercises inhalation muscles but also the exhalation ones thus, enhancing deeper breathing. A brief history of the device is here.

Note: Many articles regarding COPD on the web recommend vaccinations to prevent complications from lung infections. Contrary to the popular belief the flu vaccine can actually weaken the immune system and make you more predisposed to the illness.
The flu vaccine, whether in the shot or nasal form, is worthless at best and should be avoided. Not only are they loaded with toxic chemicals including mercury and aluminum, but many people come down with the flu shortly after receiving the shot. This is because it actually weakens the immune system, making the person more predisposed to the illness.
Launching a immune response among immune compromised will have the opposite effect particular in the an venerable groups such as the elderly and/or those who are nutritionally compromised

Dr. Carley makes the most cogent case against the dangers of vaccines. Reading her response below, indicates that these dangers are clearly expressed in the Harrison's Principles of Internal Medicine (the "Bible" by which all medical students learn about internal medicine). Hence, it can no longer be the case "that vaccine based disease epidemic is merely a "mistake" made by well intentioned, albeit misguided mad scientists". Clearly they knowingly continue to subject the defenceless, particularly children to these toxins. It also shows how, when these known dangers started for manifest, this information in the subsequent editions of Harrison's Principles of Internal Medicine was either conveniently removed and/or modified, so that the vaccine programs could continue regardless. "For example, SUB ACUTE SCLEROSING PAN ENCEPHALITIS (SSPE) has been changed to AUTISM"
"Post-infectious encephalitis, also called acute disseminated encephalomyelitis (ADEM), is a demyelinating disease that is thought to be of autoimmune origin. It usually occurs within two weeks after one of the childhood viral infections, such as measles or chicken pox, or following vaccination against rabies or smallpox."
"Other infectious and inflammatory disorders have an acute clinical course and a history of a recent viral infection, vaccination, or AIDS."

"In the 1983 edition of "Virology" on page 47, the following is stated: "If a young pig infected intranasally with pseudo-rabies virus is added to a colony of uninfected animals, 80% to 90% of the pigs will become infected....Generally, injecting virus into a host produces infection more efficiently and with less virus than exposing the host to an infected animal.""
So much for herd immunity bull that one gets from the proponents!
Public health authorities know all this yet they continue to promote flu shots when there is no evidence that flu shots reduce mortality rate, in fact, the US only orders 100 million shots for a population of 300 million So why is there no flu pandemic among the unvaccinated? Ah but once you understand the business with disease it is easy to see all these shenanigans.
Here are proof positive mechanisms extracted from the medical literature that blow the lid on "safe and effective" nonsense continually promulgated to the unsuspecting.... This once and for all shows the connection to vaccines on a whole host of neurological diseases such as Autism, Shaken Baby Syndrome etc.
Given this history it is abundantly clear why vaccines are dangerous and not the panacea as most have been led to think.
Her exemplary work is the most clear explanation, that I have read to date, on how vaccines cause disease. While a little technical it is a must read - a second reading should make it crystal clear!

The CDC claims that its Research Guide "will provide a comprehensive, long-range vision of national and global public health needs that CDC and its partners can address through research. The Research Guide will help identify critical knowledge needed to achieve CDC's new health protection goals which are designed to maximize the health impact of programs, services, and emergency responses". In the media advisory asking for public comment it is claimed that "the wide-ranging Research Guide addresses topics of critical interest to the American public including finding new ways to combat infectious diseases such as pandemic influenza, and chronic diseases such as cancer and diabetes." It will be self evident from the documentation herein that the CDC and its partners are actually facilitating the creation of diseases and genocide; not the protection of public health, as this guide purports.
The intentional creation of diseases is being done by 2 primary mechanisms:
1. Genetic engineering of organisms (especially viruses which cause cancer under the
"Special Virus Cancer Project", as detailed below), as well as
2. Inoculation of organisms via the practice touted as "vaccination".
The definition of these words makes the truth self evident. As defined in Dorland's Medical Dictionary, 25th edition:
p. 1685 - "vaccinate" = to inject vaccine for the purpose of inducing immunity
p. 784 - "inoculate" = to communicate a disease by inserting its etiologic agent
As stated in Harrison's Principles of Internal Medicine , 6th edition, p. 943: "RARELY IS PREVENTION OF INFECTION PER SE CONSIDERED TO BE AN IMPORTANT GOAL OF VACCINATION. In fact, asymptomatic infection after vaccination can serve to enhance and prolong the immune response." Of course, if the immune response has been overwhelmed or corrupted, the "asymptomatic infection" will become a CHRONIC DISEASE. In fact, on the same page of Harrison's, in the following paragraph, it states the following:
