List (health, energy etc. - mostly self empowerment issues)
The informal mailings are only intended for like minded people. You can get off anytime by just letting me know. I am usually very prompt to do this but you may get a few stragglers due to time zone and other issues.
Not all topics may be of interest - simply delete as you see fit. I can not filter the list easily.

The list is sent as a"blind copy", which means that other recipients will not have access to your e-mail address.
I do from time to time redirect emails sent to me by others to the list. For example:
"Inge Hanle" <hanle@xxxx.net> (by way of chrisgupta@alumni.uwaterloo.ca)
You can recognize these as it always says "(by way of chrisgupta@alumni.uwaterloo.ca")". These are also blind copied to the list.
Please note all emails to the list are public domain should you not want your email sent/forwarded to list please state this. Thanks.
As with all my emails please fell free forward to any like minded friends, lists etc.- anyone can get on or off the list by just letting me know.
