In celebration of the 100th issue of What Doctors Don't Tell You, compiles what they consider the 100 most important pieces of advice they have written over the years into a ready and free reference guide to leading a healthy life. This advice tends to run counter to what your doctor tells you, but all the tips are backed up by solid medical evidence.
These include 50 general tips about:
* diet, supplements, children
* environment
* suggestions for spiritual healthIncluded also are five boxes (some of which I posted earlier) of 10 tips a piece concerning which medical practices are useless or downright dangerous.
