Further to the earlier post on Rife Conference 2003 Summary here are some notes on Dr. Hulda Clark's speech... While this account appears a bit off the wall and does not provide a very cogent view of Dr. Clark's work it is, non the less, interesting. It should be more meaning full, if one has some back ground on her work first.
