Saunas And Steamrooms May Be Hazardous To Health
This is a very interesting comment indeed, if not, at least it is worth for suggesting an affordable sauna alternative for those who don't have space and/or funds for one...

Hi, Everyone,
Many people have asked me why I do not recommend saunas, including infrared, and steam rooms.
When in saunas or steam room, poisons/toxins are perspired but many remain on and in the skin, often re-absorbing deeply into the skin. Saunas, especially infrared and steam rooms, may cause toxins to bake into the body, especially lungs, throat and sinuses. However, when perspiring in a bath in which 2-3 cups raw milk, 2 tablespoons sun-dried sea salt, 3-4 tablespoons Unpasteurized apple cider vinegar, and 3 tablespoons coconut cream (optional) have been added to the water, toxins are perspired and flow from skin into the water and remain, attracted by and attached to the ingredients (milk, salt, vinegar, cream) added to the water.

That is rather silly. Why would sweat be reabsorbed into the skin? This shows a lack of physiology and history. The fins have been taking saunas for hundreds of years. The data all prove it is effective. Perhaps under some strange circumstance, reabsorbtion could take place, but it is unlikely. Does urine go back into the bladder and kidneys?
