"The continued dramatic decline in meningococcal disease cases and deaths is very good news for New Zealanders," says risk & policy analyst Ron Law.Cases of total meningococcal disease have nearly halved since peak levels in December 2001.
Cases due to the strain of bacteria targeted by the MeNZB vaccine have fallen even more.
Deaths due to meningococcal disease have declined some 75% since deaths peaked in 1997.
There have been declines in the rolling 12 month total cases for 9 of the past 10 months. If the MeNZB vaccine had been introduced 12 months ago then the Ministry of Health would have been trumpeting the decline as proof of the vaccine's efficacy.
The Ministry of Health's silence regarding the fact that the meningococcal disease epidemic has declined between 50% (cases) and 75% (deaths) is deafening. The attached figures are total cases of meningococcal disease.
"The declines in the meningococcal B strain targeted by the experimental MeNZB vaccine are even greater," says Ron Law.
"Given that, according to the Ministry of Health, there is no evidence that the MeNZB vaccine actually works, and that hoped for gains due to use of the vaccine have already occurred, the Minister of Health is compelled to review the roll-out of the next phase of the MeNZB vaccine," says Ron Law (09-832 4773).
"Despite being requested to do so nearly two weeks ago, neither the Minister of Health nor the Director General of Health have denied reports of three infants dying post meningococcal B vaccination."

From what are the Natural Health Product Regulations, Bills C-51 and C-52 actually protecting us?
They clearly target Natural Health Products (NHP), such as Dietary Food Supplements / Holistic Traditional Health Care Products, regardless of origin. Health Canada is currently denying approvals for more than half of the perfectly safe nutritional products it has reviewed. Implementation of C-51 will criminalize their sale and use to an unprecedented degree. We will not even be allowed to give a product to anyone, as this is now considered tantamount to making a sale and this includes parents giving the product to their children.
The excuse that the use of NHP to prevent the use of "proper medical care" and are being used to scam the public is absurd -- coming as it does from those who create a swath of drug-induced "iatrogenic" disease and death. Not to mention Health Canada's failure to protect Canadians from such a system.
People would not be turning to non-drug and "non-standard" health solutions -- if the essentially-free, publicly-insured "proper medical care" really worked. It's because of the medical system's failure to cure "chronic" disease and the massive adverse reactions and deaths that Canadians are voting with their pocketbooks for other approaches.
From the point of view of the patients (aka consumers), it is the medical-drug system that is not safe and effective. It's little better than an expensive scam, as all it does is create and manage diseases, instead of preventing and/or curing them! So why does Health Canada continually choose to ignore the daily carnage from "proper medical care" system?On March 9, 2005 in Parliament, MP Colin Carrie stated that just allergies from peanuts alone result in approximately 5 to 10 deaths in Canada each year. By comparison, since 1960 not one death in Canada has been attributed to a natural health product. Nothing else -- not food, and certainly not pharmaceuticals -- can brag of such a safety record!
So where is the the government's evidence-based data of death and adverse reactions to justify the extreme federal interventions showing harm? It is not ordinary citizens who are clamouring and demanding protection from safe and effective nutrients, but the "competitors" who are selling unsafe and intolerable products -- such as cancer drugs so horrific that an eleven-year-old boy is unable to endure a repetition of the treatment and begs to be allowed to die in peace.

My personal opinions are just that opinions and are not directives for others to follow. Rather they are simply fodder for thought and nothing more. Secondly those who have done their homework will quickly understand that vaccines are hardly the panacea that they have been made out to be. If you like please try to at least read some contrary information such as in the link below before swallowing the self serving mainstream junk science continually pushed on the unsuspecting. Then ask them for some real evidence of the efficacy of all the vaccines and other procedures they push. Given the lack of rigour in medical science in general how are you going to decipher the good from the bad?

Here are some very simple ways to improve lung function. There are many benefits to Oxygenating the body all the way from disease prevention to more energy. Insufficient Oxygen means insufficient biological energy that can result in anything from mild fatigue to life threatening disease. Dr Otto Warburg, twice Nobel Laureate, was awarded the Nobel Prize in 1931 for discovering the cause of cancer. He said: "Cancer, above all other diseases, has countless secondary causes, but there is only one prime cause. Summary: the prime cause of cancer is the replacement of the normal oxygen respiration of the body cells by an anaerobic (i.e. lacking in Oxygen) cell respiration." In other words, the growth of cancer cells is initiated by a relative lack of Oxygen. Further lack of Oxygen can force the heart to compensate a most dangerous situation for an ailing heart....
Most of us tend to emphasize the inhalation phase of breathing and tend to neglect the exhalation phase. This deprives the lungs of their full potential to effectively exchange oxygen with carbon dioxide. Breathing exercises enforce good habits where the full range of lung function is used. Consequently, the body gets the oxygen it needs, this not only feels better, but provides more energy. In fact Yoga and other meditation methods often use techniques to enhance breathing. Hence exhaling deeply forces us to breath deeper thus increasing oxygen uptake exactly what we need!
A device similar to Spirometer discussed in "Breathing Training" below but far superior is the PowerLung. This as discussed above not only exercises inhalation muscles but also the exhalation ones thus, enhancing deeper breathing. A brief history of the device is here.

Note: Many articles regarding COPD on the web recommend vaccinations to prevent complications from lung infections. Contrary to the popular belief the flu vaccine can actually weaken the immune system and make you more predisposed to the illness.
The flu vaccine, whether in the shot or nasal form, is worthless at best and should be avoided. Not only are they loaded with toxic chemicals including mercury and aluminum, but many people come down with the flu shortly after receiving the shot. This is because it actually weakens the immune system, making the person more predisposed to the illness.
Launching a immune response among immune compromised will have the opposite effect particular in the an venerable groups such as the elderly and/or those who are nutritionally compromised

When first learning the technique, the patient should lie flat on a bed with his or her head on a pillow.
