Re: Amalgam removal
CategoriesThanks Jonathan,
I am forwarding this to the list as this is a very important health issue.
The full pdf version of the protocol mentioned below "Safe Removal of Amalgam Fillings" is here.
Another substantially similar one, and the one I myself followed, is described in the Dental Mercury Detox (2001 Edition) booklet.
One can find a dentist following the above protocols here.
A good clinic in the UK is Munro-Hall Clinic.
While many may dispute with Hulda Clark, one must at least give her credit for putting the amalgam issue on the fast track. Some of her "off the wall solutions" appear to come from the use of radionics. See:

-----------------------Dear Folks,
What on earth is the Hulda Clark protocol for amalgams? While this person has some good ideas on some issues (and some really bad ones on others), the idea of relying on a protocol from her for something as seriously injurious as amalgam removal gives me the willies, unless she has just copied the IAOMT protocol I reference below. (Sorry if you are a Hulda Clark fan, I am not.)
The amalgam removal protocol promoted by the IAOMT (at http://www.iaomt.org) is the most protective, and in addition I would suggest a vitamin C infusion (30 or 35 grams) immediately after each removal plus ingestion of chlorella (6000 mg per day) to adsorb scavenged mercury in the intestines to prevent reabsorption. In summary, the IAOMT protocol is: rubber dam, external air via the nose, high-efficiency carbon-filtered room exhaust if possible, constant hand-held dental vacuum at the tooth site, LOW speed drill with injected water supplied constantly by the drill head, slice away and chunk large amalgams rather than vaporizing the whole thing.
Immediately afterwards, 4 grams of vitamin C and 2000 mg each of ginger and turmeric extract along with 2 aspirin or white willow with 8 oz soy milk, take anti-inflammatories all day to prevent inflammation and death of nerve cells. Go to chelation clinic asap to receive intravenous vitamin C infusion. (This must be arranged in advance, obviously). Start taking chlorella the night or morning before the removal, 2000 mg per meal.
Replace small, non-chewing surfaces with epoxy fillings proven non-allergenic to YOUR body. Clifford Materials Reactivity Test (www.ccrlab.com) does this test. Replace large fillings and those on chewing surfaces with porcelain inlays, which are permanent and will last longer than your tooth enamel as long as they are glued properly. Do not use any kind of metal in your mouth. There are labs that can produce lifetime-quality porcelain crowns and bridgework if necessary. Never do root canals. If the nerve dies, extract the tooth and install a porcelain bridge.
For a dentist that will do the above, look up biological dentist or holistic dentist or non-mercury dentistry.

Subject: Amalgam removalI would appreciate any help you could offer or direction you could
give to help me find someone familiar with Hulda Clark protocol. Hair
analysis tells me I have mercury (heavy metals) and I have lots of
amalgams in my mouth. I am hopeful to find someone near me (I live in
Virginia, near the metropolitan Washington DC area) and someone who is
very careful & thorough AND affordable.Thank you, Barbra Hickey
