Dear All,
Please read and send to as many people as possible my attached letter to the Federal-Provincial-Territorial Committee on Drinking Water.
I emailed and mailed a copy of this leter to Michele Giddings, Manager of Water Quality at Health Canada, today to forward to the Committee on Drinking Water.
Ms. Giddings sits on this Committee.
The Committee on Drinking Water has been waiting since May 2000 for Health Canada to finish the Food Basket survey for fluoride and I just received an email from the Government of Canada saying that this survey will be finished by June/July 2006 - 4 years after they said it would be done!The Committee has wanted to re-assess their 1996 Fluoride Guideline and lower it accordingly since reviewing the 1999 Locker Report but they needed the data from the Food Basket survey to do it properly, they will now have this Food Basket survey in mere months.
I want everyone to read my attached letter to the Committee and help me track Health Canada's work on the Food Basket survey over the next few months and then help me keep an eye on the Commitee's work in re-assessing their out-dated 1996 Fluoride Guideline thereafter.

Use the attached documents and launch your owning winning case against Health Canada/Canada for allowing public water fluoridation in your community!!!
If you take the time to read my Amended Statement of Claim (I had to amend my Statement of Claim by Court order to make it more specific, name names/public servants and their direct negligence, so I did, but the Judge did say I had a triable issue in my s. 7 Charter arguments!!!) and read my Written Arguments #2, and you will clearly see how easy it is to claim damages for your own dental fluorosis from public water fluoridation but in how easy it is to prove the negligence of Canada in allowing PWF (public water fluoridation) to continue at 0.8 - 1.0 mg/L since 1999 when it was found to be too high by Health Canada in their report by Dr. David Locker of the U of Toronto and how easy it is to get your own PWF at 0.8 - 1.0 mg/L STOPPED in your community (it's only legal to allow PWF at 0.5 mg/L according to the evidence from Health Canada).It's only a matter of time before my case succeeds, I'll be back in front of a Federal Judge within 2 months to argue again on your behalf using public interest standing (the AG of Canada has a pending Motion before the Court to Strike my Statement of Claim for being vexatious and an abuse of process, he hasn't succeeded yet, and isn't it funny that Canada's new AG (Attorney General), Walley Oppel, was one of the Judge's of the BC Court of Appeal that heard my appeal of Mr. Justice Powers' decision and dismissed it!!! I called him and the other two Judges of my appeal the "Poisoning Bench" after they dismissed my appeal and said I'd get him/them, AND I WILL/HAVE!!!).
