Health Freedom March in London

THE HEALTH FREEDOM MOVEMENT
New legislation from the European Parliament in Brussels is currently moving in the direction of making all but a few health supplements illegal and to drastically reduce the maximum dosage quantity on the remaining products. Similar directives are being drawn up relating to herbal medicines. If these EEC directives are implemented in the UK it means an end to your freedom of choice over which supplements you may purchase to maintain health or address an illness.
In response to this an organization has been set up to bring all sectors of the health and alternative medicine community together to fight this legislation and let the government know that there are an estimated 20 million users of health supplements and herbal remedies who will suffer if it is approved in the UK.
The organization is called The Health Freedom Movement and is spearheaded by two organizations: Consumers For Health Choice and the What Doctors Don’t Tell You organization. The Health Freedom Movement is supported by virtually every complementary and alternative medicine practitioner in the UK as well as all other trade organizations in this field.
It is vitally important that the government are given tangible evidence of the huge public opposition to this legislation. For this reason the Health Freedom Movement are staging a protest march on Sunday 15th June in London. The march will assemble at the north carriage of Hyde Park, near Speakers Corner, at 11 a.m.. At 12 noon it will proceed down the north carriage of Hyde Park to Piccadilly, along the Haymarket and from there to Trafalgar Square.

It is crucial that this march is well attended. How important is your future health to you? By participating on June 15th you can halt a suppressive legislation that our children’s children will still be feeling the effects of many years from now, if it is passed. As one collective voice we can, as the Countryside Alliance did, alter the course of a political direction.
